I am writing to you today to request information concerning any services which your state administers to Adoptees and Birth Family members who are served by your division or its predecessor agencies. For example, does your state maintain a registry for Adult Adoptees and Birth Family members? Can your division provide non-identifying information and recorded medcial information to Adult Adoptees, Adoptive Parents, or Birth Family members?
Do you offer or supply any search services on behalf of Adult Adoptees?
If so, does your agency keep automated records of the results of these searches?
If you do, would you be so kind as to forward the results of those searches to us?
